By accessing or using Translate (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Translate provides automated file translation using AI models. The Service accepts uploaded documents and returns translated versions. Translations are provided “as-is” and may contain errors.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service without an account (anonymous tier) or register for a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, file size limits, or other restrictions
• Use the Service for automated or bulk processing without authorization
• Reverse-engineer or abuse the underlying translation infrastructure

5. File Handling & Privacy

Uploaded files are processed in memory and temporarily stored only for the duration of translation. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Premium Services

Premium features require payment. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to translation inaccuracies, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
