• Usage data: file names, sizes, language pairs, and timestamps of translations
• Session data: anonymous session identifier stored in your browser (for anonymous users)

2. File Content

Uploaded file content is processed in memory and deleted immediately after translation completes. We do not store, read, or use your file contents for any purpose other than providing the requested translation. File contents are never used for AI training or quality improvement.

3. Third-Party Services

For Premium tier users, file content is sent to DeepL for translation. DeepL’s use of your data is governed by their privacy policy. Free and anonymous tiers use our own infrastructure exclusively.

4. Data Retention

Translation history is retained for registered users. You may delete your history at any time. Anonymous session data expires after 24 hours of inactivity.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies are used.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• As required by law
• With your explicit consent

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. File processing occurs in isolated containers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the service operator. We will respond within 30 days.
